Guidelines for Charitable Contributions Requests
Friends, Solicitors, Vendors etc...
Thank you for inquiring for a charitable contribution for your organization. Please understand that we receive numerous requests annually, and while each and every request is valid, we cannot contribute to all.
Please follow these guidelines when making your request:

A maximum of one request per calendar year may be fullfilled per organization

contributions/sponsorships are NOT automatically renewed or assumed. Each submission is evaluated on a first time basis and will not be approved based on prior year's participation

Requests MUST be in writing on letterhead and sent to the following address:

Name of event/organization rquesting contribution

Contact persons name, address, phone number and email address

Date, descriptiona dn location of event when applicable
