Burns Honda made buying my first car a positive experience. I'd been to other car dealerships before and became wary of the process. Now I'm so glad I stopped into Burns on a whim. The whole process was as seamless as possible. Joey Nahama (along with Mel Gutierrez) were excellent to work with. With their help, I was able to trade-in my previous vehicle for the amount I wanted, keep monthly payments and interest to a minimum, and leave in a car I absolutely love.
This was my first car buying experience through a dealer and it was amazingly simple and 0 pressure. The staff is well educated in the models I was looking at and made every effort to satisfy my needs.
I bought this car in September 2012. Around March 2013 the right side of the car started peeling. I called the dealership and was told to bring the car in for examination. When they inspected the car they said that they would fix the problem, which they did. They were very helpful.
I have purchased my past two cars (one used and one new) at Burns and returned today--nearly five years after my last visit--to buy a car for my younger brother. I encountered nothing but the utmost genuine care, high level of customer service and very competitive pricing at this dealership. In particular, Eduard Hanekom was extremely polite and personable, going the extra mile to answer my questions and make sure that my needs were met. It was refreshing to not have a sales professional that was just focused on closing the deal, which was the experience I've had back in Virginia where I currently reside. Eduard was respectful, friendly and extremely professional--the ideal combination when you're making a large purchase. I definitely felt comfortable working with him. Ray, the business manager, was just as friendly, sharing the adventures of his family while I was going through the mundane process of filling out paperwork. He wasn't pushy and did not rush me either. I first met Jim when I purchased my first Burns' car back when I was just out of college and he remembered when I came back up here three years after that to buy my first new car that I still have (and love) to this day. Jim and his staff have always gone out of their way to make my experience a pleasant one and I am extremely grateful to them all--so is my brother who loves his new (to him, at least) Honda! I will definitely return for my next vehicle.
Joey Nahama made the process of leasing my new civic a pleasure. He talked me through the leasing process, advised me about vehicle options within my price range and wishlist, gave me enough time by myself to think it over without any pressure. Before I left the lot, he helped me learn how to use all the fun new technology!
My experience at Burns Honda was great. My sales associate was Ed Altman who was great from beginning to end. Ed was very informative and knew the product very well. He took his time and showed me many vehicles and we test drove several vehicles until I made my final choice. Ed was kind, friendly and just an overall pleasure to deal with. I had my family with me and he was just as friendly to them as well.
This was my first experience with Burns Honda but I would definitely return as well as refer others due to my great experience.
I purchased a new 2013 Honda Accord EX and I absolutely Love It!! All of the new features that Honda has added makes this vehicle one of the best vehicles that I have seen for the 2013 vehicles and I shopped around until I landed at Burns Honda were I was sold on this vehicle.
