Burns Honda is proud to announce that Joseph Nahama, Michael Covello, Mark Foley, Edward Altman, Michael Guida, Adam Wojnar, Bob Lynch, Gersha Mapp and Karl Utz, sales consultants at Burns Honda, were recently honored by American Honda Motor Co., Inc. Nahama achieved Gold Master level membership and Covello, Foley, Altman, Guida, Wojnor, Lynch, Mapp and Utz achieved Silver level membership in the 2015 Council of Sales Leadership recognition program.
The Gold Master level is reserved for sales consultants who consistently demonstrate professionalism, leadership, and a high level of commitment to their customers for at least three of the past five years. Nahama has been a Gold level winner since 2010 and a Gold Master level winner since 2013.
The Silver level is reserved for sales consultants who demonstrate excellent customer satisfaction and product knowledge. Covello, Foley, Altman, Guida, Wojnor, Lynch, Mapp and Utz join a select group of sales consultants nationwide to receive this honor.
The Council of Sales Leadership is a yearly recognition program that encourages professional development and sales leadership at Honda dealerships throughout the U.S. It measures sales volume, customer satisfaction, and professional knowledge. As a result, the program identifies sales consultants who excel at surpassing their customers’ expectations.
