There was a nail in my tire and it was completely flat. After AAA put on the spare, I took it right over to Burns Honda. It was just starting to snow and I did not want to ride on a donut all weekend. The service advisor took care of me right away. The nail was in the middle of the tire so they were able to plug it. While the car was there, they looked at all of the tire just as a precautionary measure. My service advisor gave me a complete report about the tread depth of all the tires and how they were wearing. The service advisor took great care of my car. I had to bring my Civic in for a recall. Typically, my husband performs work on my cars, but Honda had to perform the recall work.
